Gil Lahav
Co-Founder and CEO

Gil Lahav is responsible for the marketing, operational, business, and legal aspects of snap2eyes. Gil is also closely involved in the planning and design of snap2eyes' proprietary technologies and website.

Gil has held important roles in domains as diverse as telecommunications, real estate, film, software, and law. He has over nine years of experience in law and business, including nearly six years with media and technology companies, and several years with major law firms in New York City specializing in corporate law and intellectual property.

He has published academic and non-academic articles on a wide range of subjects and speaks five languages. Gil also served as a foreign law clerk to the Supreme Court of Israel, where he advised the court on the copyright issues arising in the Dead Sea Scrolls case.

Gil graduated with a BA in philosophy from Harvard College and a JD from Columbia Law School, and is a member of the New York Bar.

Gil is based in the snap2eyes headquarters in New York City.

Michael Zino
Co-Founder and CTO

Michael Zino is responsible for all technical aspects of snap2eyes, including the architectural design and implementation of all its products, services, and proprietary technologies. Michael is also closely involved with the day to day decision making and operations of the company and with its overall strategic growth and planning.

A veteran of the Israeli hi-tech industry, Michael has over 15 years of experience in computer programming, including 10 years in senior R&D positions. He brings to the snap2eyes team a strong technical background and a proven track-record of generating effective software and hardware solutions in intensely competitive environments.

Prior to founding snap2eyes, Michael worked for various technology companies based in Israel, where he consulted on software development and became a recognized expert in Microsoft .NET and other cutting-edge, Internet technologies. Among the important roles he has held, Michael worked as the head of software development for NUR Macroprinters, Ltd., a leading supplier of wide-format inkjet printing systems for the outdoor advertising market. Michael was recruited by NUR Macroprinters after the company acquired the start-up in which Michael played a key role.

Michael studied Computer Science at the Open University of Tel-Aviv, Israel. He also earned an engineering degree in Computers and Electronics from the Technological College of the Israeli Air Force.

Michael is based in the Canadian office of snap2eyes, located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
